We had a wonderful time at the Texas A frame. Our group of 4, (two couples) had so much space. The house is absolutely beautiful. It’s a joy to spend time in. We were able to comfortably cook, relax, sip wine, watch a movie and take a dip in the plunge pool. The night sky is beautiful and we even spotted some deer. We will definitely book this place for our next stay in Wimberley! Thanks Jana for checking in with us and making sure we had everything we needed!

Desert Rose Ranch is a gem!!! Gorgeous decor inside and out that make you feel cozy and at home! The land is absolutely beautiful and will make you want to move to the hill country! Stars light up the night sky and lots of deer and a hummingbird greeted us in the mornings! The neighboring goats also made frequent appearances! The host was detailed, informative, personable, and reachable! A short 2 mile walk to 290! Great escape away from work and the kids! A place to unplug and relax!!! Definitely will book again!

The A Frame is absolutely breathtaking and a great place to unwind in a peaceful setting. The house is gorgeous with amazing detail and looks just as amazing as in the pictures. I would highly, highly recommend and will be planning on going back!

The container home was worth it 1000%. It's a retreat, a nice get away to really sit back and enjoy the views and everything Johnson City has to offer. Location is great and everything was included inside the home. Our host Jana was nothing short of spectacular, cordial with prompt text responses with easy to follow instructions for the home. Check-in was a breeze, home was immaculate, and the area was nothing short of beautiful. Spent my 2 year anniversary here and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away with their significant other.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, you can request to make changes to it by clicking on Change reservation or Cancel reservation. You have the ability to send through a request to edit the number of people joining you for the getaway or the dates of the stay.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for week-long stays and a 20% discount for month-long stays.
Yes, please send us a note with the details of your shoot through the contact form and we will respond to your inquiry.
While we love our four legged-friends, both properties are not pet friendly.
We love to accommodate this request when we can. Our standard check in time is 4PM and check out is at 11AM. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. However, if we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $50 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). We won’t know until 24 hours prior to your dates, so be sure to ask our team. If you want more than 3 hours extra, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure.
